Sharing stories and information is one of the few ways companies can build a meaningful culture, especially in a remote-first world. Whether it's through crafting engaging messages, producing compelling content, or facilitating meaningful conversations, my goal is to build connections and inspire a shared sense of purpose. “Good company culture” might not be listed on your spreadsheet as generating revenue, but it does affect the bottom line.
